Learning Environment

We understand the importance of a good surrounding, especially when it comes to learning. Our air-conditioned classrooms are brightly lit and meticulously designed so that our students will feel at ease while they are listening to the lecturers and tutors.

Every class is conducted by a lecturer who is assisted by two other tutors. The educators in our academy are young but knowledgeable in the field of gastronomy. The practice of two-way communication is encouraged, for we believe that students learn better when there is an exchange of thought.

In each of our centres, there is a spacious kitchen completed with the fundamental tools and equipment. The kitchen serves as a training ground for our students to gain hands-on experience. Even the ingredients needed are also prepared to keep our students in a worry-free learning environment.

我们学院里的教室都设有冷气机，以便学生们得以在最佳的状态下学习与成长。每一堂课都会由一名讲师和两名辅导师进行教学。我们学院里也有宽阔的厨房给予学生们足够的发挥空间。除了提供舒适的环境以外，我们也会为学生们预先准备好食材，让学习的过程更显轻松。
